Our solutions are unique. Our centralised forest of servers work together as a hugely connected and powerful system housing 100s of websites. These servers themselves are housed on the backbone of the Internet within the Docklands with bandwidth available, on demand, beyond 100 Mb. We have around the clock technical support on hand as well as full backup, redundancy, firewall protection and hardware protection in the form of UPS, fire protection and cooling racks.

Each of our customers is provided with an account which gives them access to use various facilities of this system (via a simple to use, browser-based control panel).

We are continually growing the system. New functionality is added daily and this is available across the board. So, for example, if you have paid to use our message board facility, and we upgrade it with new functionality, you will immediately receive and benefit from that new functionality.

Your website will be continually supported by us whilst it is housed within our system. Our service level agreement outlines our support aims for hosting and helping you get the very best from your solution.
